About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team at Gravity Head Office in Wakefield. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of departmental efforts with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, schedules, and campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor progress, track deliverables, and report on project status to ensure key milestones are met.
  • Facilitate regular meetings between team members and stakeholders to discuss departmental requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Manage resources, including staff, budgets, and tools, to optimize workflow and avoid bottlenecks.
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing strategies by managing campaign logistics.

Requirements

  • Project Management or Marketing Manager experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
