Position Summary: We are seeking several Client Services Administrators to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our customer service functions during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Assisting in the allocation of tasks to appropriate departments.
  • Managing customer complaints and queries effectively.
  • Facilitating the transfer of data from an outdated system to a new platform, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.

Training and Development: Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program to equip them with the necessary skills for the role. Please note that taking time off during this training period is restricted due to the anticipated workload.

Work Environment: The office environment has been recently renovated to provide a comfortable and collaborative workspace.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday.
