Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Executive to join our team. As a Client Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational, and logistical support to our Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general office administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Case Management: Open new cases on our Customer Management System (CMS) and iBusiness, and update client details as necessary.
  • Communication: Process Letter of Authority's with Providers, submit requests for information, and request investment valuation updates.
  • Adviser Support: Manage the adviser pipeline, administer the Client Service Charter, and respond to IAF & OAF queries.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on case progression.
  • Diary Management: Manage Financial Adviser diaries, book client appointments, and ensure seamless communication.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a secretarial or administrative role within a fast-paced client-facing environment. You must have excellent organizational skills, a great telephone manner, and be well-presented.
