Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our major projects division in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a commercial team and drive success within the UK.
The ideal candidate will have strong pre and post-contract commercially, experience with Tender Reviews, contract negotiation, and excellent NEC knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tendering and securing projects across the UK, ranging from £5m to £150m
- BUILD A COMMERCIAL TEAM FOCUSED ON SUCCESS AND GROWTH
- Collaborate with key directors on project delivery under JV or individual contracts
- Develop a strong commercial environment that achieves business objectives
Requirements:
- Strong client interfacing skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced infrastructure environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree-qualified or Chartered
Salary: £80k - £110k + package + bonus (estimated based on location and industry standards)
