Business Development Manager

Optima Recruitment is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Business Development Manager. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to be part of a fast-growing exhibition and conference business based in Guildford.
About the RoleThis role involves connecting with businesses across various platforms, such as databases and social media, to invite them to global events. Building relationships via the phone is also a key aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate new business partnerships by reaching out to companies through multiple channels.
- Foster strong connections with existing clients and build on these relationships to drive growth.
- Work location: Based in Guildford.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
- Holiday entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays.
- Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience) + performance-based bonus.
