Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in Guildford, UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:
