Business Development Associate

We are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
About the Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, upselling new products and services to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, maximising sales potential.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of business strategies, working closely with senior management.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and performance reviews, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
About You:
- A creative and innovative approach to business development, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Experience in a similar business development role, with a proven track record of success.
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- A genuine desire to learn and develop, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary (£28,000 - £35,000 per annum) + Commission Structure + Subsidised Gym Membership + Progression Opportunities.
