Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for servicing existing retail customers and generating new business in a dynamic small business environment.
Your primary objective will be to achieve demanding but realistic sales targets, adapt strategically to the evolving landscape, and build and maintain trust with clients through excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous field sales experience at retail level is advantageous, but applicants from other business disciplines will be considered.
The compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of £45,000, comprised of a basic salary of £24,150, monthly sales commission, annual bonus, employee benefits, company car or car allowance, and commitment to diversity.
