We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in Leeds. As a leading prime residential mortgage lender, we offer a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a strong strategic thinker.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth through intermediary channels. They will lead a high-performing business development team, build strong relationships with key intermediary firms and networks, and execute sales initiatives to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with premier brokers and maintain a market-leading presence at industry events.
  • Manage the broker panel, ensuring high levels of customer service and driving business flow across customer segments and product lines.
  • Analyse market dynamics and develop strategic sales and marketing plans to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales management within the intermediary industry, backed by a track record of driving success and achieving high-performance outcomes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to analyse data and drive strategic improvements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining effective partnerships with external stakeholders.
