Job Title: Sales Director

Overview:

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Residential Sales Manager to lead and grow an established team of estate agents. With a strong track record of success in a similar role, the successful candidate will have expert knowledge of the market.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive business growth, exceeding targets, and leading from the front. They will be responsible for setting clear objectives, measuring performance, and conducting regular 121s, team meetings, and appraisals.

The Sales Director will also be responsible for supporting team members in career development, adhering to company processes, and ensuring recruitment is completed professionally.
