Key Responsibilities

The Head of Estate Agency will be responsible for:

  • Leading the residential sales team to achieve exceptional results and expand market share.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, including business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least [£60,000 - £80,000] per annum, depending on experience.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
