Pharmaceutical Sales Director

Zentiva Poland is seeking a seasoned Pharmaceutical Sales Director to lead our Value-Added Medicines (VAMs) business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall success of VAMs.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and deliver tactical results. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and qualifying new leads, developing marketing and Key Account Plans, and driving patient access initiatives.
- Apply your market insight to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the VAM portfolio, including environmental conditions and changes.
Salary: 90,000 - 110,000 PLN per year.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven track record of delivering business results and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends and regulations.
