Job Overview

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a Sales Director to oversee the sale and control of vehicles within their client's dealership.

About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Selling and controlling vehicle inventory to achieve maximum sales and profitability.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have strong sales skills and knowledge of the used car marketplace. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate appraisals of vehicle trade-ins and negotiate prices with customers and sales managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and vehicle documentation.
  • Oversee the maintenance of showroom displays and external environments to meet agreed standards.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified driver's license.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the used car industry.
Compensation Package

This role offers an attractive salary range of approximately £40,000-£60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with other benefits that contribute to a competitive total rewards package.
