Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling electrical and plumbing products and have a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + circa 20% bonus per annum, depending on performance.
About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales director to achieve sales targets and develop business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating demand and generating specifications with social housing developers, councils, housebuilders, and contractors.
- Selling to national builders merchants, regional builders merchants, and electrical wholesalers.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in sales, ideally in the electrical or plumbing industry. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
