Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Talent Search Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development from home in a challenging role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all accounts are managed efficiently.
- Achieving specific targets on sales and client demonstrations.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing accounts to secure repeat orders and gain leads.
- Updating the client database at every opportunity.
- Working closely with the internal team to provide a holistic service to clients.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- B2B field sales and account management experience.
- A proven track record in B2B sales.
- Experience of using MS office & Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills.
The salary for this role is estimated to be £35-40k + Generous Commission + Excellent Benefits.
