As a Business Development Manager at ACS Performance, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and generating new business within a specified list of Regional Distributors. Your goal will be to ensure targeted growth within the region of 20% per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • To establish, develop, and maintain successful relationships at all levels, from Board to Field Sales, to develop new business opportunities.
  • Identify, develop, and establish new end-user business to drive through specified distributors.
  • Establish, develop, and expand public sector customer base.
  • Identify and develop new potential distributors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SUCCESSFUL SALES TRACK RECORD in the commercial catering equipment Industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of end-user and distributor selling, developing end users to specify products via a distributor and targeted sales growth.
  • Proactive approach and ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions, in line with agreed policy and objectives.
  • High-level organisational and time management skills and the ability to pragmatically assess and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal professionally and empathetically with all clients, internal and external stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A competitive benefits package, including travel expenses and bonus structure, will also be offered to successful candidates.
