Sales Development Manager

At Page Personnel Sales, we are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing corporate accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls to progress sales requests
- Managing existing corporate accounts to increase sales
- Conducting accompanied visits to customers and suppliers to build relationships
- Upselling new products and services to existing clients
- Following up on incoming lead queries to convert sales
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Assisting with the build and delivery of marketing campaigns to increase sales
Requirements:
- A positive and co-operative attitude with a strong will to succeed
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts
- Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of sales growth
- Ability to grasp detailed information and create innovative ideas
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude
