Job Description

At Page Personnel Sales, we are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing corporate accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answering incoming calls to progress sales requests
  2. Managing existing corporate accounts to increase sales
  3. Conducting accompanied visits to customers and suppliers to build relationships
  4. Upselling new products and services to existing clients
  5. Following up on incoming lead queries to convert sales
  6. Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  7. Assisting with the build and delivery of marketing campaigns to increase sales

Requirements:

  1. A positive and co-operative attitude with a strong will to succeed
  2. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  3. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts
  4. Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of sales growth
  5. Ability to grasp detailed information and create innovative ideas
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude
