Senior Sales Development Manager

BMS Performance is a family-owned global business that specializes in companion animal nutraceuticals.
Our products provide support to cats and dogs across various categories, including joints, gastrointestinal health, internal organs, skin/coat health, and brain/behavior.
We have over 90% of our products manufactured in-house at our state-of-the-art facility, with a presence in over 40 countries worldwide.
We are seeking an ambitious university graduate (2.1 grade classification or higher) for an entry-level opportunity in sales as an Area Sales Manager.
This role involves representing our full range of nutraceuticals, selling into independent veterinary practices.
The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with customers.
A driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel frequently.
You will receive extensive training, covering market-leading techniques and strategies.
This training will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your role and progress within the company.
We promote from within, and current members of staff who started in this graduate role include the UK National Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager for Western Europe.
The estimated salary for this role is £67,000, based on a basic salary of £30,000 and an OTE of £37,000, plus a company car and other benefits.
