About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Area Business Development Lead to drive growth in the South East region by developing and executing sales strategies that increase market share.

This role requires a strong understanding of the fabricator and distributor markets, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth in designated territories.
  • Distributor Engagement: Engage with distributors to promote our products and services.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with fabricators and distributors.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Forecasting: Produce accurate forecasts of new business opportunities and sales revenue.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the windows, doors, and fenestration industries.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
