About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in water management solutions.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across the region, generating new business opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales activities.
  • Manage and deliver sales targets, meeting or exceeding expected revenue growth.
  • Provide expert advice on water management solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in field sales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in water management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Hungry, self-motivated, and hardworking mentality, with a genuine desire to succeed.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 + performance-related bonus up to £25,000 (£7,900 guaranteed), along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Location:

Covering areas including North West & North Wales, Northern England & Northern Ireland, West Midlands, South Central, and Home Counties.
