**Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated sectors, including composite and timber fire door, retail, and trade sectors, new build, and aluminium fabricators, while efficiently managing the distributor network.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to drive sales growth.

• Collaborate with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business expansion and revenue growth.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

• Provide market insights and recommendations to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of target customers.

**Requirements**

• Proven track record of success selling solutions or products into the windows, doors, fenestration, and fabrication market.

• Excellent account management and new business development skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market trends.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
