Achieve Global Sales Success with MasterMover

We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Regional Customer Sales Specialist to contribute to our continued global success. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen to drive international sales and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales: Identify and engage with global customers, understand their needs, and present MasterMover's solutions to meet their operational requirements.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive regional landscape, to develop effective regional marketing strategies.
  • Sales Partner Support: Assist and coordinate with regional sales partners to support sales and service processes and ensure that enquiries are completed successfully.
  • Service Support: Provide service support to ensure customer satisfaction and act upon customer feedback to maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Mandarin, Malay, or other Asian or Eastern European languages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
