Ruminant Director Atlantic with Country Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
Nutreco is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the animal nutrition industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Ruminant Director GB, NI & ROI.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a tailored commercial strategy for the Ruminant species within the region, in close alignment with our strategic marketing department and the broader organizational objectives.
This will involve identifying pockets of growth and turning sustainability challenges into opportunities with strategic foresight. The candidate will lead a team of technical and sales professionals, inspiring a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
The role extends beyond management to empower team members to achieve sustainable success. The candidate's leadership will be measured by their ability to set and achieve key performance objectives, continuously monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
The successful candidate will report to the Ruminants Director Europe and Central Asia (ECA) and will be part of the ECA Ruminants Management Team.
Key Accountabilities
- Sales Profit Growth: Achieving annual sales profit targets for the Ruminant species through effective sales strategies, focusing on our value-added solutions, sustainability impact, and market penetration.
- Market Share Expansion: Increasing market share within UK and Ireland and segments by leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Profitability Improvement: Optimizing profitability through effective cost management and pricing strategies aligned with business objectives as sustainability and innovation.
- Team Development: Fostering a high-performance culture within the Ruminant team to drive sustainable success and talent development.
- Innovation Leadership: Driving innovation in product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement approaches to maintain a competitive edge in the market, with a focus on developing value propositions with a clear sustainability impact and becoming an undisputed leader for sustainable solutions to customers.
Key Accountabilities Country Manager GB Role
- Targets: Encouraging collaboration between departments, engagement, compliance, customer satisfaction, and local projects.
- Supports Development: Supporting the development of the strategy and executing resulting in profitable growth.
