Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Programming Coordinator to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our programming team, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating learning visits from schools, home education groups, and other learning providers to the Children's Country House throughout term-times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and coordinate learning visits from schools, home education groups, and other learning providers to the Children's Country House throughout term-times.
  • Develop and implement creative planning and input to the learning visit from schools, home education groups, and other learning providers.
  • Work closely with the Senior Programming and Participation Officer to ensure that all necessary administrative tasks are up-to-date and completed, enabling access needs are met, as well as compliance with health and safety.
  • Champion best practice approaches to safeguarding in everything we do.
  • Support the wider operational team during open days.

Requirements
  • Good communication skills, building relationships with a wide range of people.
  • A team player, but can also work by yourself.
  • Adaptable and have a flexible approach.
  • An understanding of the importance of great service.
  • Keen to learn new things.
  • Well organised and able to manage time well.
