Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Programme Assistant to join our team at the Children's Country House. As a key member of our programming team, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating learning visits from schools, home education groups, and other learning providers throughout term-times. You will also be involved in the delivery and coordination of wider, baseline programming for visitors during some weekends and school holidays, in line with our programming strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and coordinate learning visits from schools, home education groups, and other learning providers throughout term-times
- Assist in the delivery and coordination of wider, baseline programming for visitors during some weekends and school holidays
- Ensure all necessary administrative tasks are up-to-date and completed, enabling access needs are met, as well as compliance with health and safety
- Champion best practice approaches to safeguarding in everything we do

Requirements

- Good communication skills, building relationships with a wide range of people
- A team player, but can also work by yourself
- Adaptable and have a flexible approach
- An understanding of the importance of great service
- Keen to learn new things
- Well organised and able to manage time well
