**Responsibilities**:
As an Automation and Electrical Specialist at MasterMover, you will be responsible for:
- **Technical Support**: Providing prompt and relevant technical support to Global Service partners & customers for AGV and Automation related products.
- **Service Capability Growth**: Identifying and implementing best practice systems and methods to enhance existing service delivery platforms for new technologies.
- **Business Growth**:Collaborating with internal engineering teams to ensure product features and changes are documented and supported from an Aftersales perspective.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Providing a global focal point for Aftersales customer inquiries relating to AGV & Automation products.
- **Product Launch**:Supporting Global Sales colleagues with product launches, site surveys, customer acceptance tests, and installations of machines.
- **Product Training**: Developing and conducting product training programs for internal and external service engineers to ensure the support capability of MasterMover AGV products.
**Qualifications**:
- Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in CanBus systems, wireless network systems, automation, AGV, robotics or similar technologies.
- Familiarisation with technical support, aftersales customer management, or relatable experience.
- Strong technical knowledge, aptitude, and problem-solving skills to understand and communicate diagnostic best practices.
- Customer-focussed, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using software to record and communicate information, records and data.
