About the Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-presented, customer service-driven Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected independent agent within their office. My client has a superb market name and prides themselves on providing training and progression opportunities to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
  • Book viewings using the company's system
  • Complete customer records and update records in the system
  • Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
  • Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
  • Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system
  • Market new stock on all available media channels
  • Negotiate and agree buyer offers
  • Maintain and manage accurate administrative records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid IT skills
  • Well-spoken and well-presented
  • Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
