Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead in driving MasterMover's expansion into new markets and deepening our presence in existing ones. This is a key position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling value propositions.
  • Present and demonstrate MasterMover's solutions to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and ROI.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote MasterMover's brand.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and insights to senior management to shape the company's business development strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the material handling or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales processes, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
