About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the professional turf industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, control and drive sales using our CRM tool (MS Dynamics)
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Golf & Turf Business Director: sales volumes, gross profit, sales mix
  • Maintain customer and company relations at a high standard

Requirements

  • A full driving license is essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of Groundcare machinery is essential
  • Previous experience of working within a John Deere or other Agricultural/Groundcare machinery dealership is preferred
  • Previous Sales experience is essential
  • Familiarity with the geographical area in which you will be working
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new software and systems
  • Ability to self-motivate and work individually, managing your own workload and also able to work as part of a team
