Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at MasterMover. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales operations processes, ensuring efficient and effective support for our sales team.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires excellent management skills and a passion for driving performance through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales operations strategies and processes to improve sales conversion performance, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and managing sales tools and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies and processes to improve sales conversion performance and drive business growth.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business development, and provide actionable insights to inform sales strategy.
  • Manage and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, and optimize sales processes.
  • Manage sales forecasts and targets for the sales team, and develop sales performance metrics and KPIs to measure success.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through continuous improvement, and identify individual training needs and implement personal development plans.
  • Develop a collaborative customer-focused team that is aligned with the company's sales strategy and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights, and proficiency in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
