Transforming the Future of Ruminant Nutrition

Nutreco, a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed and animal nutrition solutions, is seeking a visionary leader to drive commercial success and shape the future of ruminant nutrition in GB, NI & ROI. As Ruminant Director GB, NI & ROI, you will be responsible for implementing a tailored commercial strategy for the Ruminant species within the region, aligning with our strategic marketing department and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy for the Ruminant species, identifying pockets of growth and turning sustainability challenges into opportunities.
  • Lead a team of technical and sales professionals, inspiring a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Set and achieve key performance objectives, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the value chain to foster strategic partnerships and alliances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree combined with relevant sales trainings.
  • 5 years of managing a regional sales team, with strong knowledge of sustainable animal production in GB, NI & ROI & EU.
  • Team player with strong negotiation, presentation, contractual, and communication skills.
  • Adept at persuasive selling, sales processes, and tools, with in-depth understanding of business environments and sales financials.
