Night Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in the East Midlands Division. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a construction development site, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient, and cost-effective works at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the development site, providing clear direction to site staff and ensuring they meet their responsibilities and targets.
- Implement and manage health and safety procedures, working closely with Bellway Health and Safety Managers to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Motivate and support site staff, providing training, coaching, and support to improve performance and maintain high-quality work.
- Ensure site presentation is maintained at the correct standard at all times, adhering to company standards and expectations.
- Deliver all aspects of production requirements in accordance with technical and planning documentation, and any subsequent instructions from time to time.
- Conform to building regulations and warranty providers' requirements, ensuring accurate production/progress returns are updated and sent to the Construction Manager and/or Construction Director as requested.
- Maintain accurate site records, including Site Managers reports, labour requirements, plant, materials, site inductions, and health and safety records.
- Inspect and ensure remedial work is completed in advance of each NHBC key stage inspection.
- Experience of working as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager with a high-volume residential house builder.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.
