About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Move Manager at Pickfords, the UK's largest national moving and storage company.
As a Move Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a smooth and stress-free relocation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train as a professional move manager and join a dynamic team of move managers servicing Pickfords' customers on the move within the UK or internationally.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to effectively manage customer expectations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Utilize proficient IT skills in office, word, and excel to efficiently manage move-related tasks and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least two years' customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a 'can-do' attitude. A competitive salary will be offered, alongside the opportunity to be trained by the largest and best-known removals company in the UK.
