About the Job:

As the HR Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the HR department, ensuring seamless HR administrative support across recruitment, payroll, absence management, and employee relations. This role offers a unique opportunity to maintain a high profile within the organisation, contributing to its ethos and objectives.


Duties will Include:

  • Maximising the use of the HRMIS for precise and efficient data management.
  • Keeping track of key HR metrics, ensuring timely meetings for absences and workforce changes.
  • Crafting and publishing engaging job adverts, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate enquiries.
  • Performing thorough screening and vetting checks to ensure compliance and readiness for new hires.
  • Supporting the payroll process by accurately updating new staff details.
  • Compiling essential HR reports and assisting with engagement surveys and the School Workforce Census.
  • Providing crucial support in HR meetings and training colleagues on administrative tasks and HRMIS use.
