We are hiring for HR Operations Specialist (HR Administrator/ Coordinator)


Location : Hybrid & 3 days in Eastleigh, Hampshire Office


  • Providing administrative support to HR team members.
  • Onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and system setup.
  • Offboarding employees, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Assisting with enrollment in benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible spending accounts
  • Assisting with projects, such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and organizational change initiatives..
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) preferred
