HR Operations Specialist

We are hiring for HR Operations Specialist (HR Administrator/ Coordinator)
Location : Hybrid & 3 days in Eastleigh, Hampshire Office
- Providing administrative support to HR team members.
- Onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and system setup.
- Offboarding employees, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance reviews.
- Assisting with enrollment in benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible spending accounts
- Assisting with projects, such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and organizational change initiatives..
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) preferred
