Maintenance/caretaker

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance person/Caretaker to join our team.
The Caretaker will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the property, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, painting, changing of lightbulbs, moving furniture.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or repairs needed
- Keep the property clean and organized, including common areas and outdoor spaces
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors
- Respond promptly to client requests and address any concerns in a professional manner

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining a high standard of service
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
