Location: Hertfordshire
Pickfords is seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for customer service to manage the movement of personal effects worldwide. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, adaptability, and an ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
The role involves overseeing and managing the movement of personal effects, with a strong focus on customer service and delivering to quality standards. The Move Manager will be responsible for providing advice and information to corporate customers, maintaining continuous communication with all parties throughout the move, and recording and tracking move progress using our operating system.
The successful candidate will be proactive and flexible, with a strong focus on delivering excellent results. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complete door-to-door services for each posting, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for clients.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in line with KPIs and contractual requirements.
- Collaborating closely with our agent network and internal departments to meet operational needs.
- Managing financial and operational processes efficiently through our operational system.
- Handling financial aspects of each file according to contracted rates and specifications.
- Collecting valuable customer feedback to continuously improve our services.
- Undertaking additional administrative duties as required.
