Are you a driven and organized Accounts Assistant looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team in Livingston, where you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including sales invoicing, banking, and cash generation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial procedures and be able to work accurately and calmly under pressure. You will also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: £27,000 per annum.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in accounts or finance
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero and Lightyear is advantageous
