Accounting Role Overview
As an Accounts Assistant at Office Angels, you will be responsible for supporting the finance function with day-to-day finance upkeep. This includes running daily sales invoicing and profit reports using the in-house system, generating sales invoices from the profit report in XERO accounting software, and assigning daily sales to invoices through the finance system.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work accurately and calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines, excellent relationship-building skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software such as XERO is advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £27k, as well as full-time permanent employment. Additional benefits include free on-site parking, 5% employer pension contribution, and opportunity for skill development and professional growth.
