Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Finance and Administration Officer to join our team at Office Angles UK in Livingston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the finance function with day-to-day finance upkeep.
  • Run daily sales invoicing and profit reports using the in-house system, review data, and report to senior management.
  • Generate sales invoices from the profit report in XERO accounting software, process, and send to customers.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to work accurately and calmly under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
