About Our Company
Office Angels is a well-respected player in the recruitment industry. We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our busy Finance team based in Livingston. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance function with day-to-day finance upkeep.

This position offers a competitive annual salary of up to £27k, as well as full-time permanent employment. You will work closely with the Finance Manager within a busy team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as provide support with other financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Run daily sales invoicing and profit reports using the in-house system, review data, and report to senior management.
* Generate sales invoices from the profit report in XERO accounting software, process, and send them to customers.
* Assign daily sales to invoices through the finance system.
* Assist the finance manager in daily bank reconciliation and month-end banking reports.

Required Skills:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work accurately and calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel
* Experience with accounting software such as Xero is advantageous.
