Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at Clancy. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of our projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of our operational teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, communication, and quality assurance, working closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent results.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and planning operational activities, including scheduling and resource allocation;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring timely updates and progress tracking;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to achieve project goals and objectives;
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a pension scheme, healthcare cover, and 24-26 days' annual leave.
