About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in supporting vulnerable children and families. The successful candidate will have a strong background in safeguarding and experience working with front-line social workers.

As a Lead Child and Family Practitioner, you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior staff members, providing guidance on risk analysis and decision-making. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The salary for this position is £48,250 - £53,220, depending on experience, which includes a contractual supplement of £5,719.
