About the role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people's needs
  • Develop and implement effective plans to meet these needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely completion and submission
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional practice

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a social worker, preferably in a child care or family setting
  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
