Children's Social Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children in Care Teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide front-line social work services to children and families in accordance with the DfE Knowledge and Skills Statements.
- Assess, plan, and implement effective interventions to meet the needs of children and families.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Develop and maintain a professional network to share expertise and support the outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
- Hold a post-qualifying award (e.g. Practice Education) and/or be willing to undertake Practice Education training.
- Have a minimum of 3 years front-line SW safeguarding experience.
- Be an essential car user.
- Full induction and a supportive Practice Fundamentals offer.
