Job Summary

This exciting opportunity enables you to utilize your expertise in child care to contribute to our mission. As a Children's Social Care Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to families and children in need. Your role will involve working closely with front-line staff, mentoring new colleagues, and developing professional networks to share best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert guidance and support to less experienced staff members
  • Working collaboratively with complex referrals and casework
  • Maintaining accurate records and analysis of risk factors
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in front-line social work safeguarding
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
