About the Position:

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement evidence-based practices, ensuring the well-being and safety of our children and young people. You will work closely with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying strengths, needs, and risks associated with children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective plans, promoting positive outcomes and reducing risk.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, partners, and stakeholders, fostering trust and cooperation.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative and policy changes, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing workload and deadlines to ensure timely completion of duties.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,940 - £49,140 (includes £5,719 contractual supplement).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Post-qualifying award (e.g., Practice Education) or willingness to undertake Practice Education training.
  • Minimum 3 years front-line SW safeguarding experience.
  • Essential car user.
