This Social Work Professional - Children's Services role at BCP Council offers a unique opportunity to work with children and families in need of support. As a dedicated Social Worker, you will be responsible for analyzing risk, developing safeguarding plans, and collaborating with other professionals to provide holistic care.
To succeed in this role, you will need high quality skills in analysis of risk and decision making, experience in front line social work safeguarding, and a commitment to continuous professional development. You will also be able to work with complex referrals and challenging casework.
