We are seeking a dedicated professional who can excel in this position, requiring experience in managing teams and working closely with staff to deliver exceptional care. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and be committed to their growth and development.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and guidelines
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week. A generous holiday entitlement of 32 days inclusive of bank holidays is also on offer, along with access to a Blue Light card, cycle-to-work scheme, and other perks.
