Job Title: Maternity Cover Support Worker

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Support Worker to provide exceptional care for individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover, with the possibility of extension or permanent position.

You will work 42 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, making a positive impact on the lives of our service users at Cygnet Nightingale.

Cygnet Nightingale is a specialist residential service providing a safe and comfortable environment for adults with complex needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs
  • Report on medical and welfare needs as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
